Batch Austempering Quench Furnace
The PMBA series batch austempering quench furnace is a batch type unit equipped with recirculating roof fans, radiant tubes, intermediate purge chamber, enclosed vestibule and integral batch quench tank. The furnace is designed for neutral hardening, austempering and other heat treating processes where a controlled environment is required during the heating and quenching portions of the cycle. Measurable water is adding to the quench tank to enhance quench severity. The batch austempering quench furnace is designed with a normal operating temperature range of 790-927℃ with a maximum temperature up to 950℃. Loading capacity varieties differ from each model from 1500Kg to a max of 5000Kg gross loads.
