PMRX-Series Endothermic Generator
The endothermic gas atmosphere, when enriched with natural gas, is suitable for gas carburizing and carbon restoration of the low and medium carbon steels. The atmosphere, as generated, may be used for clean annealing, normalizing and hardening of all carbon steels.
PowerMax “PMRX Series” modular design endothermic generators category are consisting of PMRX-50/PMRX-100/PMRX-200/PMRX-300 configurations, with corresponding endo gas output capacity at 50M3/H, 100M3/H/200M3/H individual module 100 m3/hour. According to output capacity requirement, the modular contains one to three vertical reaction retorts mounted in a rectangular designed and gas/electrical heating chamber. The gas atmosphere is generated by the endothermic reaction of an air/gas mixture in an externally heated retort containing a reaction catalyst. The approximate analysis of the resultant gas is as follows:

EndoInjector System
The EndoInjector is a precision gas mixing system designed specifically to provide an accurately controlled mixture of air and gas for endothermic gas generators. The system includes the Control-Carb gas control system designed by Atmosphere Engineering to utilize electronic flow measurement and precision gas injection valves to constantly provide the ideal gas mixture for high quality endothermic gas generation.
The EndoInjector incorporates the latest technology in regenerative blower design that is capable of significant turndown for multi-retort generators. When combined with the precise TrueTrim software, the EndoInjector delivers flow on demand throughout the working range of any generator down to 20% of rated capacity. This feature eliminates endothermic gas waste during production while maintaining the precise gas mixture required.
